§I ─ CONTEXT
Why this position exists
Yomitoru-kun, Kakikomu-kun, the wholesale core system, HRobo and Shiftly each address a different industry challenge, yet they are connected by IPLoT's shared philosophy of "productizing the insight gained from individual custom builds." This role calls not for optimizing a single product, but for designing value across the whole portfolio with a deep understanding of customers' operations.

§II ─ SCOPE
What you'll own
- 01
Define product vision and roadmap, and design quarterly OKRs
- 02
Run regular interviews with customers (existing and prospective) and structure problem hypotheses
- 03
Discuss requirements definition and prioritization with engineers / designers / sales
- 04
Analyze post-release usage data, design A/B tests, and run the improvement PDCA
- 05
Design feature integration and data linkage across products (e.g., wholesale core master → bulk transcription into partner-specific documents via Kakikomu-kun)
§III ─ SKILL SET
Skills we're looking for
─ MUST
- 01PdM experience in B2B SaaS, or DX-promotion lead experience at an operating company (3+ years as a guide)
- 02Requirements definition, user-story mapping, customer-journey design
- 03Data-driven decision making with SQL / BI tools
- 04Communication that can debate the technical terms of both the business and engineering sides
- 05Problem decomposition through hypothesis thinking and issue trees
─ NICE TO HAVE
- 01Industry experience in ERP / OCR / HR Tech / project-management SaaS
- 02Pricing strategy and integrated design with customer success
- 03PdM experience with AI products (model evaluation, data governance)
- 04Practice with consulting thinking frameworks such as OPQ / pyramid structure
