Our frontend spans two poles — the business SaaS that our clients' frontline staff face every day, and the corporate / guidebook sites that share our knowledge. You'll need the range to keep the design tone consistent while delivering both operational efficiency and beauty worth reading.

§II ─ SCOPE
What you'll own
- 01
UI implementation with Next.js (App Router) + TypeScript + Tailwind
- 02
Frontend design for SaaS products such as the wholesale core system / HRobo / Shiftly
- 03
Editorial design implementation for corporate sites such as iplot.co.jp and the IT Consulting Guidebook
- 04
Continuous improvement of accessibility and performance (Core Web Vitals)
- 05
Design reviews with designers and PdMs, and maintenance of the component library
§III ─ SKILL SET
Skills we're looking for
─ MUST
- 01Hands-on experience with TypeScript / React / Next.js (2+ years as a guide)
- 02Modern styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS
- 03Fundamentals of accessibility and responsive design
- 04Experience turning designs from tools like Figma into implementation
- 05Production operations knowledge on Vercel / Cloudflare Pages, etc.

- 01Motion / 3D expression with framer-motion / GSAP / Three.js
- 02Frontend design for business SaaS (tables / forms / permission UIs)
- 03Operating a design system / Storybook / Chromatic
- 04Implementing document / slide content such as Marp / MDX
