It is neither a mere tool-operation course nor abstract consulting theory — you learn end-to-end how to structure frontline work and hand it to AI until it becomes a system that actually runs.
Yes. PHASE 1 (putting work into words) involves no coding. Even in PHASE 2, the focus is on articulating “what to build” and handing it to Claude Code — heavy coding is not required. In fact, non-engineers with deep business understanding are exactly the people best suited to becoming AI strategists.
Yes. We conduct discovery on your business beforehand and tailor the exercises and case studies to your domain. By making “real work you actually struggle with” the subject of the training, results follow immediately afterward.
Both. Because the hands-on ratio is high we recommend in-person, but we also support online (Zoom / Teams) and hybrid formats. We propose the best format based on participants' locations and headcount.
Yes. We offer a menu that walks alongside you until adoption takes root: review sessions on real projects after the training, monthly retrospectives, and individual feedback from instructors.
