Why this position exists
Our products all share one core: AI that makes "field-level judgment" reproducible — image-OCR reading and aggregation, taking a single piece of information and transcribing it in bulk across hundreds of differently formatted documents per business partner, demand forecasting, talent management, budget-vs-actuals, and more. This is not an academic accuracy race. You will own model designs that actually land in business operations, and architectures that stay relevant even a year into operation.

§II ─ SCOPE
What you'll own
- 01
Design, implement and tune business AI models — OCR, NLP, demand forecasting, anomaly detection
- 02
Build production-grade data pipelines (collection, preprocessing, training, evaluation)
- 03
Structure business knowledge with LLM / RAG / Embedding (also in practice in our internal guidebook)
- 04
Run discovery with veteran practitioners and turn tacit knowledge into features
- 05
Design MLOps operations (retraining, monitoring, drift detection)
§III ─ SKILL SET
Skills we're looking for
─ MUST
- 01Hands-on machine learning and data processing in Python (3+ years as a guide)
- 02Model-building experience with scikit-learn / PyTorch / TensorFlow (any of these)
- 03Experience building LLM applications using OpenAI API / Embedding and similar
- 04Data extraction and transformation in SQL — PostgreSQL / BigQuery and the like
- 05Practical use of Git / Docker / Linux
─ NICE TO HAVE
- 01Production operation of MLOps platforms such as Vertex AI / Sagemaker / MLflow
- 02Operating vector DBs (pgvector / Pinecone / Weaviate)
- 03Operations research such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, delivery optimization
- 04AI-adoption consulting / PoC lead experience for enterprises
