§I ─ CONTEXT
Why this position exists
In our internal training repository we have systematized the "IT Consulting Guidebook" across Ph.0–Ph.7, and our consultants are both its authors and its practitioners. Rather than person-dependent "gut feel," we use reproducible frameworks to draw the customer's ideal operations together with the field.

§II ─ SCOPE
What you'll own
- 01
Hands-on support across the upstream phases from Ph.0 IR reading to Ph.6 requirements definition (per the internal guidebook)
- 02
Field discovery, business-workflow visualization, and structuring the issues with issue trees
- 03
TO-BE business-workflow design and solution selection (AI / SaaS / custom development)
- 04
Writing requirements definition documents / RFPs for vendors, and building consensus by involving the field
- 05
Acting as PM in the Ph.7 execution phase to support rollout and operational improvement
§III ─ SKILL SET
Skills we're looking for
─ MUST
- 01Hands-on operational-improvement and requirements-definition experience at an operating company / consulting firm (3+ years as a guide)
- 02Skills in field discovery, structuring meeting minutes, and building issue trees
- 03A track record of TO-BE business-workflow design and writing requirements definition documents / RFPs
- 04The ability to build consensus while diagramming in PowerPoint / Notion / Miro
- 05Practice with thinking-and-writing techniques such as OPQ and pyramid structure
─ NICE TO HAVE
- 01Upstream experience on AI / DX projects
- 02Industry knowledge (wholesale / manufacturing / logistics / HR / IT services — any of these)
- 03PM experience (WBS, issue logs, stakeholder management)
- 04Vendor management / experience collaborating with development teams
