Far across the universe lies a planet that measures everything by “productivity”—Planet Productia. Powered by productivity itself, its people scanned planets throughout the galaxy in search of ever more resources.

Earth, Discovered

Where they landed was Earth. But then—double data entry, mountains of paper, endless overtime, the gut instinct of veterans locked away in individuals. “Resources are abundant, yet productivity is far too low.” The original mission was resource domination (i.e., to take).

Change of Plan

But IPRO-kun, a born consultant at heart, realized something. “Growing productivity is overwhelmingly more efficient than taking it.” Raise Earth's productivity itself, then be given a share of the “surplus” it creates—he named it the Make-Every-Human-a-Consultant Plan.

Landing in a Small Company

Don't take—make people smarter. The first place he touched down was the frontline of a small-to-midsize company with the most room to grow. Even today, he's running in a corner of Slack, ready to listen to someone's “little headache.”
