CURRICULUM
From reading IR to project management, every phase of AI adoption and DX 0→1 is codified in a self-contained, paper-style format. We combine and deliver the courses you need to fit your business domain.
Read the management challenges and operational points a company currently faces from its IR materials, annual reports, and mid-term plans. Turn the pre-proposal prep stage into a reproducible procedure.
Estimate AS-IS operations from data before discovery. The step that lets you walk into interviews already holding a hypothesis.
The craft of translating the field's words into business workflows and decision criteria. Don't ask about "pain points" — draw out the actual work.
Decompose the field's questions down to a solvable unit. Train MECE structuring and the design of depth in a written, paper-style format.
From the issue tree, draw a TO-BE business workflow the field can actually execute — designed to include where AI and automation get inserted.
Designing materials that move a client's decision. We handle story, layout, and how to build diagrams as a reproducible procedure.
Extract the requirements the system must satisfy from the TO-BE workflow. Articulate them in a way that satisfies both field operations and the development side.

FORMAT
We don't let it end as classroom theory. A three-stage approach — discovery → training → adoption support — carries it all the way to a state your team can actually use in the field.
Each course is self-contained in a paper-style format. Slides, cheat sheets, exercises, answers, a 90-minute practical test, and a grading rubric all come as one set.
We run discovery on your field operations beforehand and customize the training materials. After the training, hands-on support built around a real project carries it through to adoption.
Not "full-time trainers" but practitioners who are actively running IT consulting, operational improvement, and AI development engagements. They teach the field's judgment, not a textbook.

It is aimed mainly at junior to mid-level professionals who drive AI / DX from 0→1 — IT consultants, in-house SEs, PMs, and those responsible for requirements definition. It is designed for people who already have field experience and want to codify a veteran's intuition into repeatable, reproducible procedures.
Yes. We run discovery on your operations (industry, key processes, existing systems) beforehand and tailor the training materials, exercises, and case studies to your company. Practicing on "challenges specific to our own domain" means you can apply it to real work immediately after the training.
This is covered under the ENTERPRISE plan. For three months or more after the training, we provide reviews and hands-on support built around a real project. The instructor joins as a partner walking alongside you on the front lines of requirements definition, discovery, and TO-BE design.
Up to 10 for the LIGHT plan, up to 15 for STANDARD, and flexible to your scale for ENTERPRISE. We can handle anything from an intensive course of around 5 people to simultaneous delivery for 30 people across multiple sites.
Both. Because the training is exercise-heavy we recommend in-person delivery, but online (Zoom / Teams) and hybrid formats are also supported. We propose the optimal format based on participants' locations, headcount, and budget.
With the STANDARD plan and above, we hand over the full set of PDF materials with internal-use rights. You can use them directly for in-house review after the training, mentoring junior staff, and onboarding new assignees.
