TARGET

Do any of these sound familiar?

For companies where the talent you can hand AI adoption and DX to isn't growing, and where proposals and requirements definition are siloed in individuals. This training transplants the "upstream articulation skills" — from field discovery all the way through PM — as reproducible procedures.

A business person worried about adopting IT consulting
01

Junior consultants and PMs can't structure the issues they see in the field.

02

Discovery stops at "listening to pain points" and never reaches TO-BE design.

03

A veteran's intuition hasn't been distilled into procedures anyone can reproduce.

04

No one in-house is growing into the kind of talent you can hand AI adoption and DX 0→1 to.

05

External training stays purely classroom-based and never gets used in the field afterward.

06

Requirements definition and PM quality are siloed in individuals, and projects keep going up in flames.

CURRICULUM

8 Phases, 18 Courses Curriculum

From reading IR to project management, every phase of AI adoption and DX 0→1 is codified in a self-contained, paper-style format. We combine and deliver the courses you need to fit your business domain.

    Ph.001

    IR & Operational Issues

Read the management challenges and operational points a company currently faces from its IR materials, annual reports, and mid-term plans. Turn the pre-proposal prep stage into a reproducible procedure.

    • How to read annual and integrated reports
    • Linking segment-level performance shifts to operational impact
    • Breaking management challenges down into operational improvement themes
    Ph.102

    Inferring Operations from Data

Estimate AS-IS operations from data before discovery. The step that lets you walk into interviews already holding a hypothesis.

    • Estimating volume and processing time
    • Provisional operational categories and verification points
    • Organizing the issues to design your discovery
    Ph.203

    Discovery

The craft of translating the field's words into business workflows and decision criteria. Don't ask about "pain points" — draw out the actual work.

    • How to ask questions that surface the field's tacit knowledge
    • A format for discovery notes and how to restructure them
    • Reconstructing the operational steps from what people say
    Ph.304

    Issue Tree

Decompose the field's questions down to a solvable unit. Train MECE structuring and the design of depth in a written, paper-style format.

    • Separating issues from causes
    • Criteria for deciding which branches to dig into
    • Tree design that connects to your proposal narrative
    Ph.405

    TO-BE Workflow Design

From the issue tree, draw a TO-BE business workflow the field can actually execute — designed to include where AI and automation get inserted.

    • How to show the AS-IS → TO-BE delta
    • Splitting responsibility across AI / RPA / manual work
    • Transition design built for phased rollout
    Ph.506

    Building Meeting Materials

Designing materials that move a client's decision. We handle story, layout, and how to build diagrams as a reproducible procedure.

    • A structure that starts from what's in the decision-maker's head
    • Diagram archetypes (process, contrast, matrix)
    • Splitting responsibility between the verbal pitch and the slides
    Ph.607

    Requirements Definition for Field Rollout

Extract the requirements the system must satisfy from the TO-BE workflow. Articulate them in a way that satisfies both field operations and the development side.

    • Separating business requirements from functional requirements
    • Surfacing exception cases and operational scenarios
    • A requirements format that won't go up in flames once you place the order
    Ph.708

    Project Management

PM after requirements definition. Scope, quality, schedule, and stakeholder management — handled to fit the reality of AI / DX projects.

    • A minimal set for WBS and progress tracking
    • Running an issue log and a decision log
    • A roadmap from getting the field on board through to adoption

─ SUPPLEMENTS

In addition to the 18 core courses, we hand over supplementary materials (6 courses) accumulated on the front lines of operational improvement consulting. Generative AI use, business-system selection, industry-specific TO-BE design patterns, and more — all can be built into the training as needed.

Structuring field operations

─ FIELD PROVEN

The "craft of structuring operations" —18 courses' worth, drawn from walking alongside real field work —transplanted straight into your company.

FORMAT

How the Training Works

We don't let it end as classroom theory. A three-stage approach — discovery → training → adoption support — carries it all the way to a state your team can actually use in the field.

1 course = explanation + exercises + grading rubric
01

1 course = explanation + exercises + grading rubric

Each course is self-contained in a paper-style format. Slides, cheat sheets, exercises, answers, a 90-minute practical test, and a grading rubric all come as one set.

  • Explanation slides (PDF / for projection)
  • Exercises with model answers
  • A 90-minute practical test and grading rubric
A three-stage approach: discovery → training → adoption support
02

A three-stage approach: discovery → training → adoption support

We run discovery on your field operations beforehand and customize the training materials. After the training, hands-on support built around a real project carries it through to adoption.

  • Before: operational discovery and customization (1–2 weeks)
  • During: lectures + exercises (participants get hands-on)
  • After: review / retrospective / applying it to real cases
Taught by practitioners who've been in the field
03

Taught by practitioners who've been in the field

Not "full-time trainers" but practitioners who are actively running IT consulting, operational improvement, and AI development engagements. They teach the field's judgment, not a textbook.

  • Hands-on experience across IR reading → discovery → TO-BE design → requirements definition
  • PM experience on client-site projects
  • First-hand implementers of AI business systems

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

A

It is aimed mainly at junior to mid-level professionals who drive AI / DX from 0→1 — IT consultants, in-house SEs, PMs, and those responsible for requirements definition. It is designed for people who already have field experience and want to codify a veteran's intuition into repeatable, reproducible procedures.

A

Yes. We run discovery on your operations (industry, key processes, existing systems) beforehand and tailor the training materials, exercises, and case studies to your company. Practicing on "challenges specific to our own domain" means you can apply it to real work immediately after the training.

A

This is covered under the ENTERPRISE plan. For three months or more after the training, we provide reviews and hands-on support built around a real project. The instructor joins as a partner walking alongside you on the front lines of requirements definition, discovery, and TO-BE design.

A

Up to 10 for the LIGHT plan, up to 15 for STANDARD, and flexible to your scale for ENTERPRISE. We can handle anything from an intensive course of around 5 people to simultaneous delivery for 30 people across multiple sites.

A

Both. Because the training is exercise-heavy we recommend in-person delivery, but online (Zoom / Teams) and hybrid formats are also supported. We propose the optimal format based on participants' locations, headcount, and budget.

A

With the STANDARD plan and above, we hand over the full set of PDF materials with internal-use rights. You can use them directly for in-house review after the training, mentoring junior staff, and onboarding new assignees.
