TRAINING ─ COURSE 0204-B

Claude Code Training

Not just getting Claude Code to a "usable" state, but all the way to a "the field can keep using it" state.

Not a command list or a collection of tips — we teach how to articulate your work for Claude and hand it over. We transplant the "skill of structuring work" built up in IPLoT's consulting field, in a form that connects directly to running Claude Code.

TARGET

Do any of these sound familiar?

For companies where Claude Code was adopted but never spread across the organization, and AI use stalled as individual skill. This training simultaneously builds the "articulation skill" to hand work over to AI and the "system" to operate it across the organization.

01

You adopted Claude Code, but it stalled as a hobby of individual developers.

02

There's work you'd like to hand off to AI, but you don't know what to hand over or how.

03

You distributed a prompt collection, but it never reached the point of being actually used in the field.

04

You want to guarantee the quality of AI output without spending effort on review.

05

Sales, admin, and development each have very different levels of enthusiasm for AI.

06

You have no organization-wide rules for operating CLAUDE.md, Skills, and MCP.

DIFFERENCE

How we differ from a typical AI tool training

Our main focus isn't the "operation skills" taught by full-time professional trainers — it's the "design for embedding into your work" taught by an active Claude Code implementation engineer.

Aspect

Upstream know-how
Drawing from an 18-course guidebook built up in the field of IT consulting, transplanting work organization, structuring the issues, and requirements definition

Duration
A three-stage approach: discovery → training → adoption support
A half-day to one-day lecture and you're done
Instructor
An active Claude Code implementation engineer who is also a consultant
Tool vendor / professional trainer
Deliverables
A working simple system used in the field + CLAUDE.md + operations documentation
Certificate of completion / operation skills

Embedding Claude Code into the field

─ OUR STANCE

Not a tool explainer —the person who runs client projectswith Claude Code every day takes the stage.

CURRICULUM

A 5-Module Structure

Work inventory → requirements summary → building a simple system → embedding into the field → improvement, made experiential across 5 modules. Each module is linked to the corresponding course in the IT Consulting Guidebook, and we combine the theory-side courses as needed.

01

STEP 1

Take inventory of your own work

It starts with organizing the work you normally do into a form you can hand to Claude. No specialized knowledge required. You'll experience the skill of writing person-dependent work down into steps anyone can read.

  • Write out a day's work and structure it
  • Separate "decisions a human should make" from "tasks that can be automated"
  • Document work procedures in a form Claude can read
Take inventory of your own work
02

STEP 2

Tell Claude "what to build"

Clarify the inputs and outputs of the simple system you want to build. Even if you can't write code, the system starts moving as long as you can put together the requirements to hand to Claude.

  • Break what you want to do down to "a granularity Claude can act on"
  • Write business rules and exception patterns into CLAUDE.md
  • Prepare sample data to share a picture of how it should behave
03

STEP 3

Run a simple system yourself

The highlight of this training. You'll actually operate Claude Code and build a simple system using your own work as the subject. You'll create deliverables that can be used as-is in the field, such as spreadsheet integrations and form automation.

  • Build a prototype on the spot with Claude Code
  • Experience designing status management and data structures
  • Run a "functional check" after building it to gain a sense of confidence
Run a simple system yourself
04

STEP 4

Embed it into the field

Learn how to get the simple system you built into a state your team can use. Not just for one person, but in a form you can roll out to the colleague next to you and to your manager.

  • Recovery on errors and operational safeguards
  • Steps for embedding it into the business workflow
  • Documentation for sharing and handing it off within the team
05

STEP 5

Improve it while using it

The real value isn't "build it and you're done" — it's fixing it as you use it. So you can keep going on your own after the training, you'll experience functional checks, improvement cycles, and making impact visible.

  • Use functional checks to judge "can this be used in the field"
  • Find improvement points from usage logs
  • Visualize reductions in work hours and effort with numbers
  • How to find the next piece of work to automate
Improve it while using it

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

A

You can attend if you have programming experience (in any language) and know basic Git operations. You don't need any prior hands-on experience with Claude or generative AI. The course mainly targets people who touch code — engineers, SEs, in-house IT, and data roles.

A

Both. Since the training is hands-on, in-person delivery is the most effective, but we can also run it online via Zoom or Teams. We'll propose the best format based on attendees' locations, headcount, and frequency.

A

We recommend 5 to 15 attendees per session. Smaller groups (one-on-one coaching) or large-scale sessions of 20+ are also negotiable. Because it's a hands-on format, the cap is designed around how many the instructor can support.

A

Yes. We hand over the full set of slides, exercises, answers, and code samples with an internal-use license. You can use them as-is for in-house review and onboarding new members after the training.

A

Yes. We offer a menu that supports adoption all the way through, including one month of Q&A via Slack and email after the training, monthly retrospectives, and hands-on review on real projects.

A

It varies by number of attendees, scope of customization, and length of hands-on support. We'll tailor a proposal to your budget, from one-off training plans (from several hundred thousand yen) to long-term plans with adoption support. Please contact us for details.
